Cassie Ventura graphically tells all in court about Sean “Diddy” Combs “freak off” sessions

Bad Boy Records Founder Sean “Diddy” Combs fights for his life as the trial for sex trafficking gets underway.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – MAY 13: Chance Combs and D’Lila Star Combs, daughters of Sean “Diddy” Combs, leave for the day during Combs’ trial at Manhattan Federal Court on May 13, 2025 in New York City. R&B singer Cassie Ventura, Combs’ former girlfriend, took the stand to testify as the prosecution’s third witness. Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty on all counts, which include a racketeering charge alleging the hip-hop pioneer was the leader of a sex crime ring that included drug-fueled sex parties by use of force, threats and violence. The chickens have finally come home to roost for media mogul Sean John Combs, 55, known as Diddy and founder of Bad Boy Records.

Me & U artist Cassie Ventura, professionally known as Cassie bravely took the witness stand to give some very emotional and graphic details of the relationship between Combs and herself.

There were many moments of tears and sobbing as she told the jury the consequences of what she endured when she didn’t obey Combs. “He would bash my head, knock me over, drag me, kick me, stomp me in the head,” she said.

Cassie went on to tell the court she was only 22 when Combs introduced her to what he called “freak offs” which at the time was a sexual encounter where he would watch her have sex with other men that sometimes she didn’t even know while he masturbated.

She went on to say that she was very much in love with Combs, and all she wanted was to make him happy. She didn’t like doing them in fact, they made her feel uncomfortable, confused, and nervous. “I felt like I had no choice now because he had blackmail material,” she explained.

In the State of New York, recording devices of any type are not allowed in federal court.

Next up, federal prosecutors played the raw unedited video (not the CNN public version that is all over the internet) clearly showing Combs savagely and brutally beating Cassie in a hotel back in 2016. They argued that Cassie was brutally forced to have sex repeatedly whether she wanted to or not. According to the indictment sometimes they would last for hours on end.

“The video was so graphic that many people were too emotional to watch, so they put their head down because they just had a hard time watching the video,” Court TV Legal analyst Kelly Krapf told CBS News.

Cassie went into detail explaining how Combs was the mastermind behind everything. She explained how Combs provided the drugs, and alcohol was always in supply in enormous amounts. Combs took the lead on everything between her and the escorts. He even controlled when to apply the baby oil, as much as up to 10 bottles, she explained.

When asked if she enjoyed it the tears flowed down her face like a river. The only part she says she enjoyed was being with Combs one-on-one because he was so popular which meant that there were always people around him, and that made any private time with him special to her.

Cassie is expected to continue her testimony over the next couple of days.

Combs is still pleading not guilty to all charges. He is facing life in prison if he’s found guilty.

The judge expects the trial to last at least eight weeks. There is a gag order that prohibits anyone involved in the case from talking to the media.

This is a developing story and will be updated as often as possible.
