The west coast rapper Snoop Dogg,50, has not had time to bask in the glory of his acquisition of Death Row Records yet, and now a woman has come forward accusing the rapper and his friend Donald Campbell, 71, professionally known as Bishop Don “Da Magic” Juan of sexual assault.
Here is what the lawsuit claims happened.
The lawsuit filed on February 9, 2022, claims that a woman identified as “Jane Doe” went to see Snoop Dogg perform on May 29, 2013, in Anaheim, California when Bishop Don Juan, a close friend of Snoop offered to drive her home.
The woman claims she never did make it home that night.
She says she fell asleep in the car only to wake up at Bishop’s house instead of her own. That’s when the ordained minister betrayed her trust.

This is what the actual lawsuit says:
“Plaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at [Bishop’s] home. Jane Doe says she awoke at 4 am the next morning and Bishop “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face,” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth.” Bishop “discriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff’s sex and gender.”
Jane Doe is a professional model and a dancer looking to work with Snoop.
Jane Doe went on to say that Bishop loaned her a dress to wear and told her to wear it to visit Snoop Dogg at his recording studio. He then made a remark saying “I want to see if he will make you a weather girl” for a TV show.
The situation gets worse.
She claims that when they arrived at Snoops recording studio, she was sick with a stomachache, so she went to the bathroom, and while she was on the toilet, Snoop came in. “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” she claimed Snoop then forced oral sex on her.
Jane Doe admitted that she was scared that if she didn’t comply with Snoop’s demands her career would be forever damaged and finding work would be difficult.
“Plaintiff felt pressured by defendant Snoop Dogg due to his dominance, and his position of power over her, including his ability to hire and fire her and ensure that she would never be hired in his industry again.”
Snoop Dogg refused to hire her.
Snoop Dogg is denying the allegations, and he has only responded by calling the alleged victim Jane Doe a “Gold Digger.”
What is a Gold Digger?
Well, a gold digger is a derogatory term usually given to women who use allegations of sexual/physical abuse or sexual indiscretion for the sole purpose of exploiting men for large sums of money or property. They usually hope for an out-of-court settlement (a payday) of some sort.
Celebrities and high-profile politicians and clergy are the usual victims.
The victim is seeking an undisclosed amount of monetary damages from Snoop Dogg and Bishop Don Juan.
No word on if there will be any criminal charges.
